Our ticket prices are geared to make our events within reach. A night out can be as cheap as a night in!

We are currently reviewing our Membership scheme and will relaunch soon. Current members can save 10% on selected tickets and food. Also includes advance notice and priority booking* where possible.

Small print: We'll always try to let members know in advance, but gigs may appear on artist's websites and tickets may go on sale before the brochure is out.

*Excludes Perth Festival of the Arts events.

Where they are available concessions usually apply to children age 16 and under, Young Scots, unwaged, students, senior citizens (age 60+) and people with disabilities. We may ask for your proof of identity when you book in person, collect your tickets or attend the event.

Not every show offers concessions and they are subject to availability.

All offers are subject to availability: first come, first served. We don't offer two discounts on one ticket.

Prices and times sometimes change from those published. This is because information isn't always fully confirmed when we go to print. Whenever this happens, we’ll tell you at the first chance.

If seating plans change we will contact you and accommodate your requests where possible.

We will ask for contact details when you book so we can get in touch if there is any change of plan.

For safety, every person in the auditorium must have a ticket — even children who have a Kids Go Free ticket.

Please check all of the details on your tickets; changes can’t always be made later.

Please keep your tickets in a safe place; we can’t always replace them.

Booking Fee: All tickets include a booking fee where stated. It applies to all payment types and is waived for tickets priced at £7.50 and under. The fee contributes to our ticketing system; ticket sales and fulfilment costs. Less than 50% of our income is generated through support from Scottish Government, Local Authority, Trusts and Foundations, corporate sponsors and individuals. Alongside other income streams such as ticket sales, conference & event and catering income, the booking fee helps us to stay an effective business, which in turn, allows us to reinvest in Horsecross Arts (charity no. SC022400) and the services we provide.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-returnable. Exchanges may be possible for another performance of the show, however if you are swapping to a more expensive show date/time, you will have to pay the difference.

We don't operate waiting lists and don't take reservations apart from large groups.

Your visit

If you are entitled to a concession we may ask for proof of identity, so bring this with you.

If you plan to eat before or after the show, it's best to book a table.

When available ushers will be selling show programmes in the foyer or as you go into the auditorium. You can order and pay for interval drinks when you arrive. This saves time in the interval. Bar staff will give you a ticket and let you know where to collect them. We sell ice-cream in the intervals too. If you need a wheelchair space or have special requirements, please let us know when you book.

If you arrive late, we will let you into the auditorium at a suitable break in the performance.

Cameras are mostly not allowed. It's usually up to the performers. When it's up to us, we don't allow it because it's annoying for other customers.

Our buildings are no smoking and customers are asked to stand away from entrances and to use the ashtrays provided outside. Drinks (in plastic cups) can be finished off in the auditorium although we don't allow drinks in the balcony for safety reasons. Refills during performances are only permitted at standing shows.

Enjoy the performance!
