THIS EVENT IS PART OF PERTH FESTIVAL OF THE ARTS

Presented by the Cross Trust at Perth Festival of the Arts, the Artists of the Year concert returns in 2024, featuring outstanding Scottish musicians who benefited from Cross Trust support early in their careers. Three exceptional musicians present a rich programme including classical piano, pop/jazz vocals and saxophone.

Scottish pianist Eleanor Pugsley is a rising star whose performances blend classical, jazz and improvisation. During her studies at RCS, Eleanor was a prizewinner of multiple competitions and festivals. She is also a Live Music Now artist and an arts writer for major UK publications.

Tallulah Rose is a multi-disciplinary artist based in Amsterdam, with singing, saxophone, keys, producing, songwriting and dance as her main forms of expression. Tallulah performs with two bands, ROSEYE and SACHEE. Her music explores profound themes, from spirituality to nature, and delivers a unique blend of influences.

Scottish singer-songwriter Ailsa Black takes artistic influence from traditional Scottish music and a blend of other styles. She has won several top awards for performance in Burns Song and has sung at a number of prestigious events and Music Festivals.

The Cross Trust, founded by Sir Alexander Cross, supports young people in their studies in all arts and science disciplines.
