A close-shave with a landmine, menaced by a warlord & abducted by the Mujahideen: this is the extraordinary, true story of a British comedian & photographer in war-torn Afghanistan. Performed by Naylor & featuring Sam Maynard’s photography, this docu-play takes us to the start of a modern tragedy.

Directed by Martha Lott & Darren Lee Cole, the show comes to Perth after smash-hit runs Off-Broadway and Off West-End. One of the most decorated shows on the International Fringe circuit 2022/3, the show won leading awards at the Hollywood, Adelaide and Edinburgh Fringes - before claiming the prestigious ‘Outstanding Production’ title at the International Fringe Encore Series in New York.
