Horsecross Arts is seeking an enthusiastic new Assistant Visitor Experience Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support the Visitor Experience Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and assist in leading a team to create a welcoming atmosphere that leaves our visitors eager to return, whether attending shows, workshops or conferences and other events.

Horsecross is the creative organisation set up in 2005 to run Perth Concert Hall and to refresh and reposition Perth Theatre, Scotland’s oldest repertory theatre company. We are proud of our two wonderful, contrasting venues - the historic Edwardian theatre with its classic proscenium arch and the state-of-the-art concert hall with some of the finest acoustics in Europe.

Our multi award-winning team has earned a reputation for adventurous programming, unique commissions, critically acclaimed performances by world-class artists and inspirational community activities. We are at the heart of cultural life in Perthshire and our venues are a destination and a resource base for everyone.


Fulltime: 39 hours per week (annualised)

Salary: £23 – 24k
