Royal Scottish Geographical Society presents

Levison Wood, author, photographer and explorer, has travelled to over 100 countries, for family holidays and teenage jaunts, with the British Army, and nowadays because he's made a career out of it.

Levison talks about why we travel, where it all began for him, and how his own adventures as a young adult and service in the army equipped him for the far-flung, extreme expeditions that have graced our TV screens and bookshelves over the past 6 years. He shares with us photographs, videos and anecdotes from life on the road, from hitchhiking to India in his 20s, to Walking the Nile, to his most recent journey, circumnavigating the Arabian Peninsula, and all the adventures in between. Prepare to be surprised, humoured and inspired.

£21.50; RSGS Members £16.50; Under 18s/Students £11.50 (inc £1.50 booking fee per ticket)
