At WOW - What Now? Perth you can join us for this special 1 hour Dance and Pole Fitness workshop with Get Fit and Fly.

Suitable for complete beginners, you will be guided through an introduction to basic pole moves and learn some dance choreography along the way. This will be an easy going session with a few laughs and some good sweaty fun guaranteed.  

What to wear - usual gym wear, leggings/shorts and t-shirt/vest

Please try to avoid moisturising you hands and legs before this class and remove jewellery like rings if possible.
