Dunedin Consort
John Butt, conductor

The thought of hearing solo voices, orchestra and chorus live once again in Perth Concert Hall is so exciting. To hear one of the most uplifting choral pieces of all at Christmas is balm to the soul we all need. Oh, and Dunedin do this better than anyone else anywhere, so we look forward to seeing you there!

An interpretation of Handel’s Messiah that makes the listener aware of both the work’s musical and liturgical sophistication is a special thing, yet that is what the Dunedin Consort routinely achieves under artistic director John Butt.
