How many tickets do I have to buy for my household?
One! One ticket gives access to join the show on one computer or laptop. If you are social distancing or buying tickets for others in different households, you will need to purchase additional tickets. So for a family of four, that’s £4 per person
What device can i watch the performance on?
For the best experience we’d recommend watching on a laptop or PC. If you can only access the show on a tablet, please refer to Zoom’s system specification pages -
When will I receive the link?
The link will be emailed to the email address provided when booking 30 minutes before the performance starts.
What happens if I don’t get the link.
Please check your spam folder and if you still haven’t received it, email Ticketing Services.
What happens if I can’t access the link when the performance starts?
Email Ticketing Services – someone will be on hand to give you technical support.
What happens if I’m late for the performance?
Please try to be as prompt as possible as otherwise you will miss important elements of the adventure. If you are late, our team will let you in as soon as they can.
I’ve joined the call and nothing’s happening! What do I do?
Please click on the link to join us a few minutes before the start time. When clicking the link you’ll initially be in our virtual foyer – the waiting room for the show – when the show starts the waiting room screen will close and you’ll join us in the show. Please allow a few moments for picture and sound to connect.

Why are there no tickets left for my chosen performance?
We keep capacity strictly limited in order to ensure the best experience possible for our audience members. If your chosen date is sold out then email Ticketing Services to be added to the waiting list. Alternatively, please book another performance at a different time.
What happens if I’m booking tickets for people outside of my household?
That’s no problem at all. We just need to make sure that we have an email address for every device booked, so that we can send on the login information. Email Ticketing Services to provide us with any extra email addresses.
How long is Oh Yes We Are!
The running time is 75 minutes. There won’t be an interval so make sure you grab a drink and go to the toilet before we start!
Is Oh Yes We Are! suitable for children?
Yes! It is suitable for children (and slightly bigger children) of all ages.
What if my Wifi goes down during the performance?
If you get disconnected simply click again on the link you were sent for joining the show and you should return to the waiting room. Our show staff will admit you into the performance as soon as possible.
If you miss a significant portion of the show or are unable to rejoin the performance email Ticketing Services.
If in the unlikely event that the performance is unable to go ahead because of difficulties at our end, we will reschedule the performance.
