Perth couples looking for a wedding venue with a difference can celebrate in one of Perth’s most historic and culturally important settings – Perth Theatre!

The 120 year-old theatre is staging a Wedding Fayre on Sunday 1 March where future brides and grooms can meet a range of wedding specialists, and see room dressing options.

With stall-holders including photographers, florists, cake makers, hair stylists, wedding cars and dresses and special promotions on the day, the Fayre, which takes place from 11am until 3pm, is a one-stop shop to help couples tick several items off their wedding list.

Wendy Stenberg, conference and events executive at Horsecross Arts, the creative organisation and charity behind Perth Concert Hall and Perth Theatre said:

“We have already staged a couple of wedding receptions in Perth Theatre – and Perth Concert Hall – and we felt it was time to show off the theatre as the ideal place to celebrate. It’s a totally unique building with a variety of flexible spaces, from our fully restored Victorian auditorium – a great place for wedding photographs! - to our state-of-the-art studio, relaxing café bar and cosy corners. As well as the wide range of stall-holders, our wedding and events team will be on hand on the day to help couples plan their big day in the theatre!”

Perth Theatre’s Wedding Fayre will take place on Sunday 1 March from 11am until 3pm. Admission free.
