Leah MacRae, star of TV's River City, Gary: Tank Commander and Theatres 51 Shades Of Maggie, is embarking on her first ever solo Scottish tour!

My Big, Fat, Fabulous Diary is Leah's brand new, one-woman show packed full of hysterical stories, comedy songs and even a belting ballad or two.

First performed to a handful of sell out audiences in Glasgow and Ayr in 2018, this new show includes laugh out loud stories like ‘Cleaning Cupboard First Winch’, and ‘The Hold-In Pants Naked Truffle Shuffle’ - taken straight from the well-loved pages of Leah’s “own” diary.

Fans of Leah’s on-stage work, her TV roles and her presence on social media know she’s not afraid of playing funny, quick and very real characters but will be in for a surprise when she belts out some huge songs and will really get to know the cheeky side of Leah as she delves into the pages of her Fabulous Diary and shares her stories across the country in 2019.

Leah commented,

“I'm thrilled to be touring the hame land with my first very own one woman show. It's something I've worked very hard on and I was delighted with the audience response we had from the handful of preview performances in Glasgow and Ayr. The theme of this show is self-belief, embracing who you are and most of all it's about laughing and having fun! I'm absolutely thrilled to have Mick Perrin Worldwide promoting My Big, Fat, Fabulous Diary for me. Mick and his team are highly respected on an international level by headline comedy performers, some of the best in the world, so this really is a real pinch yourself moment for me."

‘Leah MacRae is an absolute star! Really funny and so clever. What a show! Just brilliant!’ Jane McCarry – Still Game

‘An absolute consummate performer. The best night out on the planet. Leah is the finest thing to come out of Scotland since Lagavulin- I’m STILL laughing!’ Susan Nickson – Writer and Creator Two Pints Of Lager And A Packet Of Crisps
