Perth Theatre is a vibrant, essential space for audiences and artists across Scotland. We are a producing and presenting house, with an in-house production team and workshop. Our produced programme currently includes three in-house productions, two co-productions, a rural tour, bespoke community projects and a festival per year, alongside a busy programme of presented work.

The Producer will work closely with the Artistic Director and the Chief Executive to optimise the produced and presented work in our theatre. They will manage the planning, delivery and evaluation of the programme, enabling audience development and financial targets to be met alongside high artistic and production standards.

The successful candidate will be strongly self-motivated, able to manage a busy work-load with a keen eye for detail. They will be a team player who can work collaboratively to achieve shared goals and bring fresh ways of thinking to the organisation.
