Horsecross Arts is recruiting for a confident team leader with top notch customer service skills to manage Front of House operations during events at Perth Concert Hall and Perth Theatre. It’s essential that you are friendly, enthusiastic, and have organisational skills to rival Marie Kondo. You will act as the senior staff member during events when the Front of House Manager is off duty, ensuring high standards of customer care at all times. This role will involve working evenings, and weekends.

What we need:

A confident, approachable person who can keep cool under pressure and motivate our Front of House team to go above and beyond for our audiences and visitors.

You’ll have excellent experience of supervising a team in a busy customer facing environment, with cash handling and banking expertise, and strong communication skills.  

Salary: £18,779 per annum (pro rata)

  • 60 hours per month
  • Regular Sunday and evening work are required
