This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie or a current Deputy Head/Sous Chef ready for a new challenge! You will be joining an amazing Kitchen team at Perth Concert Hall and Perth Theatre, who cater for two of the best venues in Perth. We provide a dedicated service to our Cafés & Restaurants, Conferences, Weddings & Events.

As Deputy Head Chef you will be required to assist the Head Chef in leading the Kitchen Team to deliver the highest standards of food hygiene and service.

You will be a key member of the team working with colleagues to continue the excellent reputation of the Perth Concert Hall and Perth Theatre.

Pay: £21,556.08 (£9.87 per hour)

Average 42 hours per week.

Shift patterns vary however daytime, evening and weekend work will be required.
