Gary Barlow: Thu 19 Apr

We are very excited that Gary Barlow has chosen our venue as part of his new tour and we have been delighted with the buzz this news has created.

We are a small venue compared to the venues that Gary Barlow usually performs at. This means that demand for tickets will far outstrip the number of tickets available to buy and only a lucky few will be successful in getting tickets.

We understand this will be a disappointment for many of you so we would like to give you a little bit more information in advance about ticket allocations and how to get tickets.

Ticket Allocations

The higher the profile of an artist, the less control we have over ticketing arrangements. For this concert we will only have a small allocation of tickets to sell through our own Box Office from the total number available. The majority of tickets are going to either Amazon for the pre-sale or Ticketmaster and SeeTickets for general sales. Whilst we always try to obtain the biggest allocation possible to sell through Perth Concert Hall, the final decision about ticket allocations lie with the tour promoter and they will generally ensure that any pre-sales/allocations are consistent across all tour venues.

How To Buy Tickets

Tickets will go on sale on Friday 20 October at 10am. Given the expected demand for tickets we are likely to be sold out very soon after we go on sale, not surprising since large scale arena tours sell out in minutes!

As we will only have a small allocation of tickets to sell through our own Box Office we strongly advise people to try booking online either through our own website www.horsecross.co.uk or through Ticketmaster www.ticketmaster.co.uk or SeeTickets www.seetickets.com

Whilst we will sell tickets in person from our Box Office at Perth Concert Hall we cannot guarantee that everyone who queues will be successful in getting a ticket. Again, as our allocation is small we do recommend people use online booking from the aforementioned websites if possible.

We strongly advise people not to try booking by phone. It is the same staff who sell in person who also answer the phones and we will prioritise selling to those who have travelled to the venue. As such the queue on the phone will be long and because we expect to sell out very quickly we don't anticipate having anything left by the time we can answer any calls.

3rd Party Ticket Sales

For this particular concert we have set a maximum limit of 4 tickets per customer/booking to try and minimise ticket touting. If we notice any tickets for sale on a 3rd party website at an inflated price, we reserve the right to cancel those tickets without prior notification and the holder may be refused entry. This is an important reason why you should only buy tickets from a reputable source.
