The Gordon Duncan Experience plays and creates music rooted in Scottish traditions with influences from jazz, rock, pop, blues and classical.

This year we’re looking for talented young people interested in developing their composition skills to join us as we take this renowned project online.

Led by Musical Director Patsy Reid, you will work alongside some of Scotland’s top musicians and composers, attend five masterclasses, and five one-to-one mentoring sessions to create a finished piece of music.

If you are aged 14-21, at intermediate level and above (on any instrument and from any musical background), live in Scotland and want to develop your composition skills then we are inviting you to get involved in this exciting project.

It’s free to take part and admission is by audition.

To find out more about the project and how to audition contact eneck@horsecross.co.uk.

Closing date: Sunday 14 March.
