    Bust out those arm bands, shimmy on your scuba gear and dive in with Funbox as the tide sweeps them back to Perth with their brand new show for 2017, UNDERWATER ADVENTURE.

    Its been non stop for FUNBOX since their first show in 2015, and now the former Singing Kettle trio have 9 shows, 6 DVDs, 5 CDs and 28 costumes to their name as they embark on their ninth tour in 2 years. When it was made clear that the Singing Kettle was not for sale, Gary, Anya and Kevin took their first steps into business.

    Michael Kiwanuka fans who failed to get tickets for his sold-out Glasgow gig on Monday 1 May, have an extra chance to see him in Scotland as he has added a Perth date to his tour. 

    The second Scottish date in Perth Concert Hall on Wednesday 18 October is part of seven new headline shows announced in the UK for the autumn.

    Family panto Aladdin will be the first home-produced show in the transformed Perth Theatre.

    Perth Theatre’s artistic director, Lu Kemp will direct Aladdin which will star the Fair City’s favourite dame, Barrie Hunter and cast of new and familiar faces.

    With less than two weeks to go to Perth’s tenth Southern Fried Festival from Thursday 27 to Sunday 30 July, there are still tickets available for the main stage gigs in Perth Concert Hall including Rock ‘n’ Roll Music: The Songs of Chuck Berry on Thursday 27 July, Nick Lowe and Jim Lauderdale on Friday 28 July, Loudon Wainwright III and Beth Nielsen Chapman on Saturday 29 July and North Star: Scotland Sings Canada on Sunday 30 July as well as the many afternoon and alternative venue gigs taking place over the weekend.
