Changes
Prices and times sometimes change from those published. This is because information isn't always fully confirmed when we go to print. Whenever this happens, we’ll tell you at the first chance.
If seating plans change we will contact you and accommodate your requests where possible.
We will ask for contact details when you book so we can get in touch if there is any change of plan.
Tickets
For safety, every person in the auditorium must have a ticket — even children who have a Kids Go Free ticket.
Please check all of the details on your tickets; changes can’t always be made later.
Please keep your tickets in a safe place; we can’t always replace them.
Booking fees and credit card fees apply to some events.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-returnable. Exchanges may be possible for another performance of the show for a small admin fee. Exchanges are free for subscribers within the subscription season.
We don't operate waiting lists and don't take reservations apart from large groups.
Your visit
If you are entitled to a concession we may ask for proof of identity, so bring this with you.
If you plan to eat before or after the show, it's best to book a table.
Sometimes there will be a programme for the show. Ushers will be selling these as you go into the auditorium. You can order and pay for interval drinks when you arrive. This saves time in the interval. Bar staff will give you a ticket and let you know where to collect them. We sell ice-cream in the intervals too. If you need a wheelchair space or have special requirements, please let us know when you book.
If you arrive late we will let you into the auditorium at a suitable break in the performance.
Cameras are mostly not allowed. It's usually up to the performers. When it's up to us, we don't allow it because it's annoying for other customers.
Our buildings are no smoking and customers are asked to stand away from entrances and to use the ashtrays provided outside. Drinks (in plastic cups) can be finished off in the auditorium in both the theatre and concert hall. Please be reasonable about this and don't slurp or have a big glass with jangly ice cubes at a quiet concert! You can't go back out for refills because this is annoying for audiences. At standing shows in the concert hall where the audience is free-moving it's OK. We never allow drinks in the balcony at the concert hall for safety reasons.
Enjoy the performance!
