Event organisers can discover at first hand the flexibility of Perth Concert Hall as a venue at an Open Day on Monday 6 September.
The Open Day which runs from 2pm to 8pm is an opportunity for prospective clients to see the hall set up for different purposes, chat to the events team, get technical advice, view the specially developed menus and pick up an information pack.
Michaela Ruff, conference and events manager for Horsecross Arts, the creative organisation behind Perth Concert Hall and sister venue Perth Theatre said:
"Perth Concert Hall has been designed to be incredibly flexible allowing us to transform our spaces for a full range of events including conferences for up to 1200 delegates, meetings, dinners, dinner dances, exhibitions, product launches, award ceremonies, wedding receptions and much, much more.
"The Open Day is a chance for organisations and individuals with an event in mind to come and meet us on an informal basis, have a good look round and get a general feel for what we can do."
Since it opened in 2005, Perth Concert Hall has established itself as an exceptional venue for conferences and events, attracting top calibre clients, many of whom now return on an annual basis.
As well as hosting conferences for political parties, public sector organisations, charities, private business and trade unions, the hall has welcomed a huge variety of functions from school prizegivings and college graduations to fashion shows, trade fairs and workshops - all of which has had an immensely positive impact on the local economy with transport, hotels, restaurants, bars and shops all benefitting.
Just some of the larger organisations who have favoured the Fair City venue for their events include STUC Congress, SNP, Conservatives, LibDems, KPMG, Perth & Kinross Council, St Johnstone Football Club, Maxxium, NHS, Event Scotland, Stagecoach and MS Society.
The VisitScotland Business Tourism team will also be on hand on 6 September with expert advice on local services, from accommodation providers to transport links, partner programmes and visitor attractions.
