Since winning Channel 4's Orange Unsigned Act competition in January this year, landing a record deal with A&M Records, and achieving chart success with his first two singles Gimme A Call and Jackets, young Scots singer/songwriter Tommy Reilly's star continues to ascend.
Following a successful summer of festival sets, including an appearance at T in the Park, Tommy is now embarking on a UK tour to coincide with the launch of his debut album ‘Words on the Floor'.
In advance of his gig at Perth Concert Hall on Tuesday 22 September, Tommy will be performing on stage at Coffee Republic in St John's Shopping Centre and will follow this ‘warm-up' set with a CD signing in HMV in the Perth mall.
The appearance complements St John's Shopping Centre FAME campaign which celebrates the national launch of FAME The Movie. Part of the campaign features daily busking sessions in the shopping centre from a variety of musicians.
Tommy will be in St John's Shopping Centre from 4.30pm on Tuesday 22 September and plays Perth Concert Hall at 8pm on that same evening, supported by Pearl from Pearl and the Puppets.
